UK Domestic Delivery

Our Standard Delivery service will usually take between 3-5 working days and despatching within 24hrs of orders being received Mon-Fri for a fee of £4.00.

Orders over £70 will be free of charge.

Next Day delivery service is available weekdays only booked up until 5pm on Friday for a delivery on Saturday for £4.99.

International Delivery Europe

We have started to deliver internationally, deliveries to Europe are £14.99 usually taking around 5-7 working days to reach.

International Delivery to Rest of the World

Our International delivery service to rest of the world costs £20.00 and will take approximately 5-7 working days.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

Returns are excepted within 14 days of receipt of items. The customer is responsible for the cost of delivery back to Cotton & Loom and must use a tracked service.

For hygiene and repackaging purposes, please only return items that are unused, unwashed in original packaging.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted as long as the items are unused, unwashed and returned in original packaging within the 14 day period after receipt of items. Postage fees will be the responsibility of the customer and must use a tracked service.
